Return and Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Austrian public holidays. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. However, delivery times may vary depending on stock availability. Orders are not delivered on weekends or Austrian public holidays. All orders include a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by the delivery service. Please note that during summer (June - August) and winter (December - February), orders may take up to one week to process and ship.

Ordering guidelines

If you order more than two products, please note that we only offer in-store credit refunds. The same name and address count.

Returns

If you would like to exchange or return your PIC | PUNK, please send an email to hello@picpunk.art . You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exchange or return your PIC | PUNK frame.

We only accept returned products that are new and unused and in our original packaging. Because each frame is unique, we only accept one return. Returns that do not comply with our guidelines will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. A refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your package at our studio.

The refund will be processed via PayPal or bank transfer and does not include shipping costs. Please ensure you insure your return and obtain proof of delivery in case your package is lost en route. Return shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

Sale

Items purchased during the sale can only be returned for a gift card worth the purchase amount. We do not offer refunds for frames purchased during the sale. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and obtain proof of delivery in case your package is lost.

Customs & Taxes

You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These are due at the time of delivery or thereafter. Please note that we have no control over duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the country of your order. We cannot tell you what these costs will be, as these charges vary by country. Since these charges are not calculated or applied to orders by PIC | PUNK, please contact your local customs office for further information if you are unsure about the charges.

FAQ on the Return and Exchange Policy

How do I return an item?

  • Send us an email to hello@picpunk.art
  • Enter your order number and email address to start the process.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Which items can be returned?

  • Within 30 days of purchase.
  • In unused and resalable condition.
  • In the original packaging with all labels intact.

Which items are non-refundable?

  • Gift cards
  • Reduced items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Can items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

What refund options are available?

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund as in-store credit (if applicable)

How do I return the items?

Instructions on how to ship the returned products can be found in the email you received after submitting your return request.

How quickly will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval. If you paid with PayPal, the refund may unfortunately take longer than 7 business days, depending on your account. This is beyond our control.
